You can cancel your tour or activity up to 48 hours (two days) before the booking date and receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the booking date, no refund will be given, as we reserve your spot and make arrangements in advance.

To cancel, please contact us by email or phone as early as possible. Refunds will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
